Avocado Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

  • ½ avocado
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2-4 lettuce leaves


1.Mash the avocado and eggs together.

2.Mix in the Greek yogurt.

3.Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 

4.Scoop the mixture onto lettuce leaves to desired fullness.

5.Roll up and enjoy!
