Avocado & Spinach Pesto Pasta Sauce

 1 ripe avocado
 1 cup fresh basil leaves
 1 handful of spinach
 1/4 cup pine nuts
 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese OR nutritional yeast
 2 tablespoons lemon juice
 Salt, to taste
 Pepper, to taste
 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1.Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out into a blender.
2.Add the basil leaves, spinach, pine nuts, hemp seeds, garlic, Parmesan cheese,
lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
3.Blend until ingredients are roughly combined.
4.Stop the blender and add in the olive oil.
5.Continue to blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
