Avocado Toast on a Budget

Avocado prices have gotten out of hand lately. Use our budget-friendly hack by subbing store bought guac as your avocado spread. One average-size container of guac will last you all week!

  • 2 slices of Sourdough
  • Olive oil or Avocado oil
  • Guacamole
  • 2 eggs
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Flakey Sea Salt

  1. Heat up a medium sized pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Coat the pan with light layer of olive oil or avocado oil.
  3. While the pan is heating up, toast your two slices of Sourdough.
  4. Once the pan is hot crack your eggs onto the pan. Keep them separated and cooked until you have two over-easy eggs, or cook to your liking.
  5. Once your Sourdough is sufficiently toasted, spread guacamole onto each slice of toast.
  6. Top each slice of toast with one over easy egg.
  7. Top with Everything Bagel Seasoning and Flaky Sea Salt
  8. Enjoy!
