Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk, or milk alternative
  • ½ Tablespoon peanut butter, or nut butter alternative
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 date
  • 4-6 cubes of ice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a cup and Enjoy!
