First Layer

  • 2 Tablespoons milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or yogurt alternative)
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon zest


Second Layer

  • 1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • Squeeze of lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 cup blueberries


  1. In the order listed, place the first layer ingredients into your blender and blend.
  2. Pour mixture into glass.
  3. Place second layer ingredients into the blender and blend.
  4. Pour the blended second layer mixture into your glass atop the blended first layer. Swirl and enjoy!
