  • 1 cup of Bone Broth
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger or ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh garlic or garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


  1. Heat up 1 cup of Bone broth in a pot on the stove over medium high heat.
  2. While it is heating up add your ginger, cayenne, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring your broth to a boil.
  4. Transfer your broth to a mug or bowl.
  5. Add in a squeeze of one lime wedge.
  6. Allow the broth to cool and Enjoy!
