Caprese Toast

  • 1 slice of sourdough, toasted
  • 1 ounce of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Balsamic vinaigrette, as desired
  • Fresh basil, to taste
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste


  1. Top your sourdough with the mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, and basil.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
  3. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top. 
  4. If you would like, place the toast on a parchment lined baking sheet and broil on high for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and roast the tomatoes slightly. 
  5. Enjoy!
