Dark chocolate covered Peanut Buttery Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp local honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup blueberries

Directions

1.In a bowl mix Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and peanut butter together.

2.Add rinsed blueberries into the Greek yogurt mixture.

3.In mounds that are about 1-2 tablespoons each scoop the mixture out onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

4.Freeze for about 3-4 hours.

5.Once frozen dip the mounds into melted dark chocolate.

6.Place freshly dipped mounds back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.

7.Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. 

8.Freeze for another 1-2 hour and enjoy!
