Dressed Up Edamame

2 cups frozen edamame

1 Tbsp soy sauce, or coconut aminos

½ Tbsp sesame oil

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon crunchy garlic chili oil

Flaky sea salt, to taste


  1. Place the edamame in a bowl and microwave the frozen edamame for 3 minutes, or as directed on the bag. 
  2. Once the edamame is ready, mix in the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic salt, crunchy garlic chili oil, and sea salt.
  3. Enjoy!
