  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt


  1. Place blueberries and yogurt in two separate bowls. Place a piece of parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
  2. Drop 1 blueberry into greek yogurt with a spoon, swirl around to coat, and place on the parchment paper. Repeat process until all blueberries are covered. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.
