Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bark

  • 1 oz container of Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut butter
  • ½ cup raspberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup shelled and crushed pistachios
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Honey, as desired for sweetness level
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate


1.Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

2.Stir together all listed ingredients except for chocolate.

3.Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.

4. Drizzle melted chocolate onto the top of the bark.

4.Freeze for 4 hours, or until solid.

5. Break into pieces with your hands.

Enjoy! Store the extra pieces of bark in the freeze.
