  • ½ peeled orange
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter, or nut butter alternative
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ chopped apple
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • ½ cup of ice or more to your desired consistency

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
