Healthy Air Fryer Peaches

  • 1 ripe peach
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2  teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • Spray coconut oil


1.Take a clean peach and cut in half. Be sure to remove the pit.

2.Place the two peach halves in the air fryer. You can put a piece of parchment paper down between the air fryer and the peach.

3.Lightly spray the two halve of the peach with coconut oil. 

4.In a small bowl combine the coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Then top the mixture onto the two peach halves.

5. Cook the peach in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for about 8-10 minutes or until you achieve desired texture. 

6. Once cooked through, top with chopped pecans and enjoy! You can also pair with a light whipped cream or ice cream of choice.
