Healthy Christmas Cookies

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Flakey sea salt, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl mix together the almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together the almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl and mix.
  5. Roll the dough out into 1.5-inch-wide balls.
  6. Press the dough balls down with the back of a fork to create the crinkled look.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Allow cookies to cool and enjoy!
