  • 1 frozen sliced apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup cashew milk, or milk alternative
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, or nut butter alternative


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add cashew milk.
  3. If you desire a thicker consistency, add ice.
  4. Once you have reached your desired consistency, pour into a cup and enjoy!
