Peanut Butter Stuffed Chocolate Covered Dates

Ingredients

12 pitted dates

6 Tablespoons of peanut butter 

1/2 cup of your favorite dark chocolate

Flaky sea salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Open your pitted dates and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Place about ½ Tablespoon of peanut butter into the center of each date and close.
  3. Melt the chocolate of your choice. About 30 seconds-1 minute in the microwave. 
  4. Stir the melted chocolate and begin dipping the tops of each date into the bowl of melted chocolate and place back on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of each date, to your desired taste.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to allow for the chocolate to fully cool. The dates can be kept in the fridge for up to 1 week.
