Smash Parmesan Broccoli

2 Heads of Broccoli Florets

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste

Onion powder, to taste

Shredded Parmesan cheese, about 1 ounce


  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Boil your broccoli florets for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Drain the broccoli and transfer to a foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread out the broccoli and smash with the bottom of a drinking glass to flatten the florets.
  5. Spray with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder as you like.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
