  •  2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternatives such as coconut yogurt can also be used)
  • 2 Tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  ¼ cup water (optional, to adjust consistency)

  1. Prepare the fruit: if you are using fresh fruit, wash and cut the strawberries into smaller pieces. If using frozen, allow them to thaw slightly.
  2. Place the strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract into a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a small amount of water to adjust consistency.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
  7. Place the mold into the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  8. Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by briefly dipping the molds in warm water to loosen them.
  9. Enjoy your homemade healthy popsicles!
